There guys who have played with each other before. Quick simple passes with the forwards skating up ice with good structure i.e. how the Hawks used to play.

Not the stand still at the blue line and try the dump and chase. At least last year they were fun to watch trying to out score people.

I think he'd command the bench and the front office from meddling with the team. His puck possession style may be more suited. I dont like the dude myself but not sure who else is out there

Babcock complains about his own team not being able to play a "heavy" game. He sure as hell wouldn't be interested in the Hawks as constructed.

It was a very bad beat... those two quick goals at the end don’t erase how bad the game was.

I wonder that every game. Cannot wrap head around how we went from playing at 100pt pace latter half of last season, acquired ostensibly better players over the summer (DEF a better backup goalie), and we are seeing this absolute poop show.

Now, I know what the players who were here when Q was hired to "help" with Savvy (and maybe a few others) were thinking the minute Crawford was hired, so did that just kill their confidence in JC? Is Crawford overriding him on the bench? or at practices? Who knows...

Maybe it is just JC deciding to completely change the team's style and they're not able and/or willing to do it.
