Yep..

It was obvious from the get go.. they had lots of shots, but they didn’t oppose their will on the flyers all night. They rely on their skill wayyyy too much. Babs rightfully benched Nylander because he’s just not doing enough out there. I’m not trying to rip on him, but he needs to bring more than that.

Johnson and Kap are good signings, I agree. The rest is getting what they are worth. Why is Ceci making 4.5, if you wanna talk about peripheral players?

Marner is getting overplayed by like 3M. That extra room may be really important in the coming years.

I have loved the Leafs since teh late 80’s and have always felt they gave there best but just were not good enough to win. This team seems to be good enough but not giving there best? Ceci’s QO was 4.3. Meh. It’s only for this year, and he can be traded.

Marner should’ve gotten 9. 9.5 at the very most. I’d rather the team overpay 94 point wingers than the Clarksons and Marleaus...
