He is the most frustrating player to watch because we have all seen the difference when he is engaged, and when he is not. When he motivated, he is one of the most dominating players in the league. When he is not, he is Patrick Laine.

A lot of the time, he appears not to care.

I have to believe there are serious problems in the Leafs room, and it sure looks like Babcock may be the issue with him, and other people.

He has WAY too much talent, but the frequent disinterest has to change somehow.
