He is entirely right in the post you quoted.

The entire game was power plays. It was awful. They called a lot of ticky-tack penalties and let go some poop that should've been called.

The problem with Petan is that he has another year on his contract, so it'll be hard to trade him, I would think.

It's not a lot of money but it's for a player that just ain't very good. So teams might not want to deal with that.
