if they keep playing good you should be able to sell for profit soon enough or at least make up some of the lost money from past seasons

- tyler46

Sales have been pretty good. I feel i started lower this year than years past. The schedule seems better this year than years past as well. I felt like last year it was Tue/Thur vs bad teams all the time.

Like I sold boston for a good profit but after i was like well i prob could have gotten 20 more bucks or so....... but in reality getting them sold was the most important.

Those zone starts are still extreme If anything I think they can be compared rather than contrasted.

There is always this tendency with this fanbase to utterly trash the fired guy as 100% worthless. Housley did a terrible job, but his zone starts attitude has basically been carried over by Krueger. The difference? They're winning.

Similarly, I heard so many complaints about ice time for Risto, Sobotka, and the lockport twins, but it's basically the same for three of those guys, and Sobotka's time went up considerably.

Winning cures everything.

Interested to see what happens when Montour is fully ramped up.

He came right in and played big minutes last year and I’m wondering if he’s one of the veteran guys Krueger will automatically defer to.

It could help if they make a top 4 of

19/55
26/62

And even out the minutes some

I still feel like a trade is coming.

The NHL is too tight a league, you can't just sit on 9 NHL d men because of injury fears.

Think one will happen to, just not until they get back from Sweden, unless Botts gets something he can't refuse

Not to mention they are so tight that they cant even get the 24th player on the roster if a forward was needed.

Im on the sometime during the Sweden trip or shortly after. There is a bunch of time off for the trip

Still haven't heard if they can take extra players to Sweden with them. Could be a factor?

Don't think that's an issue. Even if they couldn't simply put someone on IR, an emergency recall is always an option.

They'd have to put someone on IR. You cannot have more than 23 roster players. Unless the player is on IR, they're considered a roster player.

Bills (and Detroit) linked to Melvin Gordon. Makes a lot of sense if they asking price isn't too high

That's only half true. If you fall below the emergency threshold, you can make an emergency recall that doesn't count towards 23.

Big win tonight.

To a man, they’re all going to want to stick it in Phil’s ass and break it off.

Although, that would hurt.

No thanks
Singletary + Gore is good enough
Draft a guy to pair with Singletary moving forward in the mid-rounds

Spend that $$$ where we really need it...
-we desperately need a pass rusher
Yeah, the defense got tired & couldn’t stop the run in the 4th
But the biggest difference i saw is that our QB was under pressure all game,
and AGAIN
the opposition QB was hardly rushed to get rid of the ball

If it's a low price I don't mind it. They need to start establishing the run to give Josh those play action plays.

I know Scandy is out for a couple of weeks, but when he returns I'd love to see them roll 4 D pairs ...that is , until they either send Joker down or they try and waive Gilmour down.

Dahlin / Montour
McCabe / Risto
Scandy / Joker
Gilmour / Miller

Run 13 F's 2 G's, 8 D's

No we don't, the only reason are numbers look good is because of Allen's runs during a game, it's nice to have, but it should be a bonus not a must

I don't think it's a running back issue, but more a play calling issue.

That'll never ever happen. The first night that Montour is in the press box while Gilmour gives up two goals the coach would be fired, and rightly so.

Play your best six, keep gilmour as a seven, trade anyone else.

Pass rushing can be definitely be improved, and they don't have a stud at the position, but they sacked Wentz 3 times yesterday. The defense couldn't stop the run in the 2nd and 3rd quarters either. They need DT help more than they need pass rush help right now. Until they stop the bleeding, teams are going to be run-first against the Bills for the rest of the year, especially because their secondary is still very solid.

they also talk about building for the future and getting a guy like melvin would definitely help. Gore is 36 years old.

They run fine. Allen needs to make more throws. Pure and simple. This is a passing league and the bills can't get to 260 yards.

He's made some progress, but yesterday was proof you can't win in the NFL scoring 13-17 points a game consistently. I don't care how good your defense is, if you can't trade scores you will never win anything.

I'm an Allen supporter, but let's be real. Hard to win when you are getting 200-250 yards a game with a pick and a fumble on average.

RB are a dime a dozen you dont need to send a high pick for a 26 year old running back
