Try again. Johansson did come in afterwards but another forward was hovering in the slot just watching the guy stand there in front of the net and was within a stick length.

Not sure how much hockey you've played in your life but that slot assignment is Johanssons all the way as a center. Skinner is to take the high slot which is where he was. He has to be in position to cover the point man there if the puck squeezes out. Nice try though.

Still, the rangers are a mess. Kakko calling out the coach, the coach benching him, everyone looking awful, lundqvist can't buy a save.

I’m at the game. Would be different but skinner missed a wide open shot on the PP and jack on The 3 on 2 had the whole right side to shoot and missed the net. Bad turnover on goal 1 by Dahlin but Hutton way overcommitted. Miller has had more mistakes in period 1 than rest of season combined. Joker and oddly Scandella have both been great. Prob not coming back on the king down 3-0. Have to come out flying tomorrow’s

I did a late edit to my edit. The big thing is to not get too low. The 8-1-1 start is obviously unsustainable. Go out there, play loose, play your game and you'll get a goal or two back.
