The passing is just a smidge off and that makes a big difference. The passes are a few inches ahead or behind or the the reception is bobbled. Usually that is a recipe for a loss. We'll see if it improves next period.

The beats actually mentioned not too long ago that those drills (and 1:1 board battles) have become a regular part of the "extra-long" practices that JC runs.

It sure seems to me this off season work out program has affected Cats and Stromes ability to receive a pass cleanly on their stick

Could be that, but I'm also wondering if they did finally convince him to change length of his stick? Or, did Belfry try to change his style? Did bulking up with Goodman all summer affect his ability to play in same way he did before? Toews said the summer he spent focusing on weightlifting before 2016 or 2017 was a big mistake.

Have many of the same questions re: ADB.
