Okay all you Dubas and Babcock homers... what are you saying?
It’s still early, need more time to evaluate...
Back-to-back, cant expect a win
Hutchinson sucks
Unlucky bounces
It’s the Refs screwing us
Well get them next game
Any other excuses?? - Hockey_Reverend
I've always been one to lean towards taking Babcocks side, but all I see in these games is refusal to adapt. Starting to think he's to stubborn and surly for today's NHL.
If this ends in him getting canned, they may as well pull the trigger now so we can move on and make a season out of it. |

I LOVE Marner’s backhand passes to (frank)ing no one. Soooooo good. Should’ve traded his ass out of town. - Steven_Seagull
They all did that tonight.. Matthews, Nylander, Kerf.. all seeing ghosts out there.. |

Yep, that fair. Hutch was fine. Our big guns didn’t get it done. Have to say that one guy I have been really disappointed in is Barrie. Hasn’t done much... - Hockey_Reverend
Would it be that much of a stretch for me to say Ceci has been more serviceable than Barrie to date? |

I'd like to see the full band back together before I pass final judgements.
Also, they've played like 11 games in 18 days or something crazy like that, with a 4th back-to-back coming up this weekend.
Hutchinson has been just about as average as backup can be.
18-5 PP-to-PK speaks for itself.
These are all facts. |

Your right. The Leafs are amazing. Dubas is a genius. Babs is the greatest. Our big guns were amazing tonight...

Yes. Barrie's been fine. Not as dynamic or jumping into the rush as much as advertised, but that's probably not a bad thing right now. |

That's not a fact. He's significantly below average.
The PP disparity is because they aren't working hard enough. Babcock nailed it when he said game after game, it's not the referees, it's the players and they have to own the number of penalties they are taking. |

I sorta thought maybe they’d win.. they started strong..
They’re just all out of sync. Verrry sloppy.
Idk, they haven’t gelled yet, and they may not.. the ATL is too strong to blow these games. |
