Did anyone see a few plays back a Boston player hacked and broke a leafs stick no penalty?

Could hear that slash like you were on the ice on Nylander at centre ice after he dumped it in, wasn't on his stick was clearly on his pants which should be a call

Hawt takes:

1. Holl is so solid.
2. Hutch has been pretty good this game; can't smother a puck to save his life though.
3. I thought Barrie would be joining the rush a lot more. Seems to be playing a safer style with Muzzin.

Rebound control and puck movements very big weaknesses.
He should stop leaving the net. Andersen is pretty bad at that sometimes too, but not this bad.

Brutal... just brutal... and don't think Hutch has been good or extremely bad but merely meh... still think we need an upgrade there totally.

Matthews has been meh with a sprinkle of awesome.

Marner has been sweet on the PK, average on the PP and dog poop at even strength.

Overall this season.

Wonder if the Leafs will get a PP here at some point.

I cannot believe how much they get called for and the stuff that gets let go the other way. How does Pastrnak hitting Muzzin in the head with his stick not get called?

He's matched up against Bergeron. You guys gotta let this one go.

They're the best line in hockey. You aren't going to beat that line. You have to do your best to nullify them 5v5 and let your depth get something going. That's the only way to beat Boston. If their first line gets to run amuk, they'll decimate you.

How was Kirby Dach playing in the AHL as an 18 year old drafted out of the CHL?

Thought you had to be 20.

Got his first goal in the NHL tonight.
