IMO i thought Hintz was in too tight, didn't have the best angle, and was a bit off balance getting by Niskanen. I'm not saying he 100% should have had it, or the team didn't get walked through, but i felt Perry's was more difficult.
- ClaudeFather

All 3 were difficult. They were all the same area. Backhand is tough for a goalie to read and the other two goals the players would be on Harts lap if they were any closer to the net. The 3rd goal is one we needed Hart to bail the team out. Hintz goal, yeah he was close but Hintz was also taping in his own rebound from the side. He was down and committed to the first shot. There was little he could have done to stop the rebound.

Might want to watch the replay again.

He was smack dab in the middle of the slot, in complete control of the puck, and completely balanced on his skates. There's no better place to be if you have a 1v1 vs the goalie.

- Tomahawk

Might have to, in my defense i was at the game, saw it from opposite end of rink and then on the jumbotron quick.

Really hoping Elliot has another strong start, sucks we wasted that good start of his in Calgary.

If anyone thinks Chris Stewart would be on a cup winning fourth line, or even a playoff team, you're dead wrong. Not saying he is why we are losing, but dress your most capable unit.

I'm not sure why the GM and the coaches can't figure this out. It's all laid out here in the forum. At least they brought Farabee up. Now all we need is for the Flyers to bring Myers up and get rid of Stewart and keep shooting the puck. The Flyers will soar to the top of the standings.

I see your point, but think stewart is a better skater and will fight, check....that's about it. But there has also been a player on this team like that for years IMO. role players.

How i look at it, we are not rushing the kids through important developmental phases. He is here for one year. Lethera was to make the cap room for the trade.

you can have role players who can skate and have SKILL

Time has passed chris stewart

The comment about "his time has passed" shows that he HAD the skills to be an NHL player...

Exactly right. If he wasn’t good enough he wouldn’t be on the team. And he wouldn’t be on the team if he wasn’t hired by a legit bonafide NHL GM. And a legit bonafide GM wouldn’t be a NHL GM unless they were wholly competent.

It was scary down here last night. Silver lining was satellite signal went out to save me from Eagles debacle. Luckily my neighborhood was only tree damage.

The Ryan Reaves factor. I understand why AV is dressing him tonight
- Hckygoalie31

Ryan Reeves, Milan Lucic, Zach Kassian, Matt Martin. All useless but good teams keep them on the roster.

For the record, I think Vorobyev sucks!

Kassian can play a bit, even if he didn't fight, I think he'd be on a roster.
