That's likely fair, but I'm standing by my assertion from years ago that Klefbom is at his best when he's paired with a less defensively inclined player. Going back to his days with Schultz, he just always looks at his best when he's the "responsible half".

I’m not looking at it from a skill aspect it’s more of a less minutes aspect.....his skill for me was never in question it’s his durability.....so you play him a few less minutes and hopefully in return you get him for a season as opposed to what’s been happening

I didn’t see he was playing 26 minutes a game for the past 2 games so I guess that blows my theory out of the water but again I’m not nor have a doubted his skill

I imagine a Willy & Larsson pairing would be a brilliant balance to take on a fair balance of defensive deployment. Would open some fresh air for the others and Klefbom/Bouchard eventually.

Wouldn't be surprised if he does get called up prior to this season's end.

4/9 years I believe Hall has played more then 70 games and it’s gonna be a 9+ mil investment and long term.....it’s a gamble

Probably so, but if he can rebound back to decent form and our defense steps up, he could be a useful asset to acquire such a player.
