Blues will be a good test. Out played the Oilers & a real loss to the Flames.

Another bad team making the canucks look very good. I love the way our guys have played tonight, but i want to see it vs. a cup contender
- NorthNuck

Canucks play Cup champs next game so you will see how they match up... hopefully play it tough and skilled.

Road game so I expect a play it conservative type of game & out work the Blues. Tough match up. Special teams could decide it.

Sutter, Beagle, Schaller and Tanev with strong games.
Those guys have played well in all 5 games.

Nice to see a little extra team toughness, even stetcher pushing back. Good to see! Sutter and his BALLS! Top guys quietly putting up points. PP hot. Demko shaky but making the saves....

Miller the best JB trade yet?

- canucksfan1944

Well for all those taunts that JB traded a 1st for a bottom six player Miller sure is producing in all categories.

Where are all the Edler haters now? Lol
- Nighthawk

He had a great game. He and Myers play very well together. That's a very solid pairing.

My beef is his meatball brain farts on the PP but he was a star there tonight.

What an improved D. They have as many points almost as the last 5 years combined
- VANTEL

They can be so solid if they stay healthy.

Demko off to a reasonable start to his career. He's now hit the 10 start mark and a partial game.

(10 starts), 6-W, 3-L, 1-OTL

Not bad at all. People should be confident with him on Thursday.

Well I’m glad I suck at game day predictions.

I have to disagree with a few comments tonight, I thought the team played quite well. Yes the opening line was bad and not ready to play the game tonight, but it didn’t take long to get into the rhythm of the game. They played quite well at 5v5, got two goals 5v5, not every shift is going to score. Tanev and Edler both played great, the entire defense played well. Demko played really good after being left hanging against Larkin. Guys were draped all over him and he held his composure and stopped the pucks.

Beagle and Schaller were beasts tonight, hope this continues all year. Erne is a coward, has Myers in a headlock and then fakes a dive when Myers lightly pops him.

This is the Bruins version we're finally getting

Get on the Schaller bandwagon this week while you still can, we're closing the doors after that like we did on Motte last season.

He looked a bit shaky/nervous at times, but the talent is definitely there

Plus his gear and mask style is always on point

haters gonna hate, but clearly they're playing well.
Time for some kudos for coach Green?

What has been more surprising do you think...the play of Miller or the play of Myers?

I'm going with Miller, mostly because i honestly didn't know much about him.
