I hope the coaching staff established a good communication with young guys, so that they know what to work on and how to react... But maybe it's just "sorry bro, you sucked the other night, time to sit"

It's time to mess with their heads and their confidence, to be sure that when they do play, they will poop in their pants and hope to not make the slightest mistake.

I think it's a bit early, let them stick around a bit more and see if they can make adjustments. If not, then send him down... As long as they don't spend too much time without playing

I think Fleury would be fine on the third pair but that's if he's playing. He can't skip too many games.

Not for the whole season, for sure. CJ has been using all 4 lines regularly, so even guys on the 3rd and 4th lines get to see decent ice time, but I agree, he doesn't belong there

Well he's a physical presence on the backend and didn't do any major mistakes in his 2 games so far this season.

But you also know you aren't getting anything more out of him than what he's showing right now.... unlike Fleury who's upside is so much higher.
