and like Howard said, what good is it to even put them back in the lineup at this point? - DoubleDown
I hope the coaching staff established a good communication with young guys, so that they know what to work on and how to react... But maybe it's just "sorry bro, you sucked the other night, time to sit"
It's time to mess with their heads and their confidence, to be sure that when they do play, they will poop in their pants and hope to not make the slightest mistake. - hscesq
I understand that the NHL isn't really a development league, but at this point they should just send them down. I don't really think watching games from the pressbox is really going to help them.

Because they guys have never watched a hockey game before.
Guys, I think they should send Fleury annd Suzuki in Laval. - deadpoulet
I think it's a bit early, let them stick around a bit more and see if they can make adjustments. If not, then send him down... As long as they don't spend too much time without playing

Pretty much why I think they should be sent down. Suzuki doesn't fit on a 4th line, really. He needs to play more minutes. Press box or 4th line won't do much for his progress.
I think Fleury would be fine on the third pair but that's if he's playing. He can't skip too many games.

Not for the whole season, for sure. CJ has been using all 4 lines regularly, so even guys on the 3rd and 4th lines get to see decent ice time, but I agree, he doesn't belong there
