they are showing his value, he's leading the Rangers in PK time on the blueline and they will show he's a 3rd line force

I think of Smith like Namestikov and hope that he gets traded. He is not a bad player, just has a bad contract and he is blocking a kid. Move Smith and bring up Lindgren. I would really like to see Lindgren get a shot to be Trouba's partner. Win/win.

Smith isn't blocking him though. Its Skjei, Staal and Hajek. If anything its Staal thats blocking Lindgren

Can't argue with that, but would prefer to clear his roster spot sooner. Hopefully during this season, someone will be desperate enough that we won't have to retain anything.

they aren't getting rid of both

Staal is actually playing relatively decent, dont see a reason to scratch him.

Dude, your "sensible" thoughts have been tossed around as some of our "ridiculous" thoughts over the past months, so I guess the only reason you get bashed is your horrible attitude.
