My Wife and a bunch of her pysch nursing friends went and saw the Joker movie. I don't think anyone of them thought it was good. Pretty annoyed at how they felt they depicted his mental illness.
- manvanfan

It was good....people were raving about it when leaving.
But of course it won't be for everyone....and likely not for chick night

His mental illness is an integral part of the story, it's part of how he became a super villain.

On vacation in Victoria, anybody have any local BC beers/wines etc. you'd recommend?
- AdamFrench

Go to the Driftwood and Phillips' tasting rooms (off Bridge Street and on Government Street, respectively). Love Fat Tug and Blue Buck. Another great brewhouse with good food is Moon Under Water on Bay Street. Enjoy!

Game day, finally. 3-2 Canucks in OT. Boeser the winner, Myers and Gaudette the other two goals.

I have not seen it. I'm guessing it would be like any other movie these days where some like it, others won't.

We are on the rise, bury the past.

That is just awful. Could be the Canucks next marketing slogan.

Apparently no other GM's in the league have made bad UFA choices?? Just Benning.

I don’t give a (frank) about other GMs. Just care about the one controlling my team.

Another good example about how soft society has gotten. Nurses criticizing a (fictional) account of one of graphic novels most disturbed villains because of the way his mental illness was depicted... mellenials are ruining the movies now.

True. Millennials are ruining a lot of things...could be a big discussion here lol

lol. Just had an argument at work this week when some used the line “everyone else does it”. Hate that so called them out. Mediocrity should not be a benchmark.

Being bad at one’s job is not acceptable, even if your competition is equally as bad.

That’s pretty good actually. Quick, grab your HD camera and let’s get too it!

Wonder if we could get LE to be the lead zombie. Fits the part and ain’t doing much right now.

I like the way their standing up to power filled with corruption, something we didn't do because the paycheques were rolling in paying them
