It costs $100M to $500M to build a hospital but we need more small to medium size hospital bed so we will say $250 M.

So you can build 50 fully equipped hospital per year without interest payments.

Get that? 12 billion. If interest rate goes higher, it’s expected to be 15.5B $ per year within next few years.

Isn’t debt wonderful?
