Trudeau just paid off a woman who was a 'young female' at West Grey Academy when he taught there 2.25 million in a non-disclosure agreement.

Sorry. couldn't help myself.

St. Louis, now Tampa, another good test.

Most accurate thing Babcock said all season:

"It's great to have high octane (offense) and I think it's a lot of fun. I think I remember saying this a lot last year. It's fun to watch, (but) you're gone in a hurry. Maybe (playing the right way will) be less fun to watch, (but you will) win more often and stay around longer."

Considering he's always been a 1-way player that's never won anything, I doubt it.

We can't even fit $700k right now, without making a trade.. Can we pay him in installments?

We have Hyman and Dermott back soon though. Have to account for them as well.

Even for $700k, they'd have to move money out.

I didn't report it. The Buffalo Chronicle did. If it is a lie, they would be threatened with a lawsuit. 2.25 million is specific.

So what is he actually saying here then?

Isnt he the coach and the one putting the systems and processes in place?
Is he saying that the players are not listening?
Is he saying the players the GM gave him are too "high octane"?

the other thing is that the Leafs had the edge in place at 5v5 against Boston, they were a good. the PK (or boston PP) were the difference. Freddy also let in some shyte ones in game 7.

I get its great to say "play the right way" and everyone goes..yes yes..that the answer.

But again, what is Babcock saying with that statement? he has to be part of the issue, if there is indeed one with too much octane...as he puts it

Dubie took away Polak, Martin, Marleau, Hainsey, Zaitsev, and Brown.. Babs is still bitter, probably...

Players do what they want sometimes, especially when they're young and full of vigor, putting up those numbers to get the pay days.

Leafs were outplayed by the Bruins overall. Special teams count too, not just 5 on 5.

Considering superior offensive teams win as often in the playoffs as superior defensive teams it's around 50% accurate. I can understand why coaches like defensive teams though, since on offensive teams the players are the stars, and on defensive teams the coach is.

Not the settlement number. They did report on the negotiation a few days ago though. And sure, they could be bullpoop, but sex scandals are often first found by sleazy tabloids. Tiger Woods for example.

But again, the settlement this morning was the Buffalo Chronicle, not Frank. JT's best buddy teacher at the school is in jail on pedo charges. All I'm saying is that if this is a lie, the NDA at 2.25 million, we should get a clear denial from Trudeau himself. If he did do this, then he won't be able to legally deny it, much like Trump could not deny the Daniels settlement.

Yes, some offensive teams win and more defensive teams win too, but too much either way and your hooped.

Its the coaches job to get the players to play the way he wants.

I understand that a PP goal counts just the same. Its just that PP/PK in a short series can really swing and coaching is a big part. Maybe he got out coached?

Pittsburgh and Washington considered defense-first teams?
