First sorry for the typos on first one, lol
He doesn’t go back into the draft, he can play this season and one more in college and then become a UFA in August 2021.

Okay, we've got a bit of time then. Thx for info!

In that case, good chance he signs here.

Great effort by Jets to finally beat the Wild.

Best game ever (despite the 5-goal game) for Patrik. If he stays healthy, gonna put up some huge numbers, playing like this.

Hellebuyck was once again brilliant, nice if can keep it up. Good victory!

A couple of takeaways from the win tonight.

1) The extra time spent on the ice by Laine in the summer is really paying off. His skating has vastly improved. He was making several Ehler style moves tonight and finally also learning that hard work pays dividends.

2) The new look of the Jets PP was exceptional. I also like the fact that they can switch it back and forth and really confuse defenders.

3) Despite the success of the first line, I think Ehlers and Copp can really dominate the boards and work well as a pair. Can't beat that speed either. Copp not quite there yet but getting better in that spot every game.

4) Helle is back.....at least for now.

OMG - can someone tell me if the 1960 Habs had two high scoring centres on their squad, or the Red Wings of the 1950's??? What about the Leafs of 1967?

Sorry Grahamzky, I guess I forgot to mention I was only referring to cup champs since the red line was eliminated. That was in 2005.

I was at the game tonight. It appears that Laine has been following my hockeybuzz account pretty closely. I like how he's distributing the puck rather just being static expecting the puck to magically come to him.

Dear Patrik, I have been very hard on you for the past 12 or so months. In all honesty I had serious doubts that you would figure it all out. If your game tonight is indicative of what we can expect moving forward, then I will be more than happy to eat my words.
Keep it up !
