Tough night. No good bounces at all

Jets just had to keep Pens to the outside. No Horny, no pressure on Hellebuyck. And Hellebuyck is a big dude - he covers a lot of net. No one on Pens to pick up rebounds, if there are any.

Yeah, it almost doesn't matter how good he is, if he doesn't have any hands, he should be nowhere near Crosby. This is painfully obvious.

The only other type of non-hands player who can pull off being Crosby's winger is a guy like Horny who screens and crashes the net for rebounds - that's not Simon.

I agree but I think both Guentzel and Galch are better LWs. Maybe I'm wrong and Galch can play RW just fine. If he can, get him on that line, stat.

Not only is Galch now the third best forward on the team and worthy of getting first line minutes, but I have been impressed by his physicality / forechecking and puck-hounding. I haven't been paying close enough attention to see how his defensive game is, but he seems to be dialed-in and putting in the effort without the puck.

I’m torn on Simon. They looked way better with Him than Horny. But he’s got to start putting the puck in the net.

To RWs point. It’d be nice if when Sid places a perfect pass to a wide open D man it wouldn’t be Dumo that’s receiving it. He gets so many looks and just muffins it. every time

I noticed Vanek is still available. Wonder if he has anything left? Never thought I'd be yearning for Brian Rust's silky hands on Sid's wing.
