Doug jarvis could fill in for either browns or baumers position and perform better. Pretty sure malhotra could also run the PP if needed.
Point being we dont need to keep brown or baumer in fear of no replacement and a long search during the season. We can make changes sooner than the off season.

Brown has been around for way to long, the PP has been pretty bad for most of hat time. I would think Malholtra couldn’t be any worse.

If you just read the posts here everyone has a opinion on what the problem is and how to fix it.

Personally I would give it a try, anything is better than Brown’s system.

Manny was more of a defensive and face off specialist. I agree about dumping Brown but there has to be better options.

My point was anything is better, complete a search, in the meantime replace Brown with another member of the staff...if Malholtra name is the issue, change it to Jarvis or the water boy or the icescrappers...

If they were going to replace Brown they would have done so in the off season. That's when they made all their staffing changes. He's here at least until Christmas. But TG will probably have to front run the PP.
