Yeap just because you sign a waiver or get one placed on your window it doesn’t mean a damn thing. Especially if said person happens to be underage.

In this type of situation, there's no stopping someone from doing something like that. Especially if they're drunk. Trust me, I've tried. I'm alwayyyyyyyyyyyyyys the sober one (I have trust issues that I'll fully admit) because I end up the DD. Couldn't tell you how many times I've tried to stop someone from doing something stupid and they look at you like you have 6 heads and do it anyway.

I'm saying dialing 911 and creating a barrier around him would be enough help.

And you can pretty much do whatever you want wherever you want, the consequences are just different.

I'm sure someone did or at least found a paramedic somewhere close. I think what it boils down to is people in the past have seen someone hurt, In distress, or dying and decided that their time or entertainment was more important than another person's life and just walk by. Unfortunately those stories are not uncommon. Common sense tells you to do whatever you can without endangering yourself.
