lol...someone on twitter last night showed a pic of Gretz and man was he looking rough...can't lay off his own wine I guess

He is 58 years old and he doesn't have the best gene pool. Walter may have been a good guy but he had the face of a catchers mitt.

lol Neal was so improperly used in CGY last year it was pretty sad. but hey red...keep reaching...
- LordHumungous

Just like Granlund was so improperly used in cgy when he was there lol

So far your oilers have played two bottom teams from last year ...let’s wait til they play someone a bit better lol

Green is a sh*tty coach. Plain & simple. He's too busy being smug and condescending.
- Marwood

We’ve been saying it for years to no avail. I think the pom pom posse is finally seeing it too.

Wouldn't mind seeing Ferland on that line, with Leivo or Jake with Bo and Miller moved to play with the 2nd line of Elias and Brock. Miller might be able to wake those 2 up.
- Reubenkincade

It's funny because when Miller was brought here all the talk was him with Bo-Petey.

Which is where he should be IMO. Ferland should be with Bo or Sutter.

Funny how LE out and Sutter with limited TOI we drop the game 3-0.

As much as people want Sutter and LE gone we are much more defensively sound when they are dressed lol

Ya all my hockey buddies here have been to Gretz's fantasy camps and they say he hits the booze pretty hard. Is what it is.

I think Green is a good AHL coach and a good coach for a bad NHL team. He sticks to basics and plays a hustle simple game.

He has better players now and needs to up his coaching skill. He needs to get out of the kiddie pool.

I still don't mind Sutter, Loudini, on the other hand, no thanks.
I won't be surprised if Loudini replaces Schaller, next game and both are replaced when Motte and Roussel, return.

I can see a 1-4 start until some chemistry forms.

Lots of fuel for the crybabies tho!

I made a prediction of around 93-97 points this season but I feel the same way about this season as I did about Lind, Gad, OJ going to Utica last season. Just about learning and adapting. Expectations aren't really there. If they pick top 10 this year. I'm not worried.

Maybe I'm hoping they fire all the coaches.

With LE in and sutter playing more = 3 goals against

Without LE and sutter Limited = 3 goals against

So your saying 3>3

I think 90-92 pts is realistic like I said before. 4-5 more regulation wins is where the team will be and show improvements. No playoffs. picking around 12-13.

I missed the 1st period, therefore, I must be a fake fan, also.

They will be. Green isn't the type of coach to let the players play through things over 6 games or more. I can see Miller with Petey-Brock soon and Ferland with Bo. Sutter needs to be 3LC put Gaudette on his wing for all I care.

Edler looked bloody awful last night too.

I agree about Petey and Miller. Pearson also played good with Sutter.

The best line, in the 1st 2 games, has been Bo's line, I wouldn't take away both of his wingers.

Ya Pearson and Sutter looked decent.

JTM Petey BB
Ferland Bo Sven
Gaud Sutter Pearson
JV Beags Leivo.

LE?

I would try that for 6-12 games and leave it but Green would never have the patience to do so.

I expected as much from the Canuck's early on. They've significantly changed the entire team in a short period of time, no ones had time to build chemistry, if they do at all. I think at 10 games we'll have some kind of idea of what kind of team we have.
