Can someone explain to me the point of text that's like this? Is it supposed to make your point stand out? Because honestly, it just looks childish to me.
anywho, I don't agree with him being on that line, but I'm also not in practice. Perhaps they're trying to set him up to succeed instead of just throwing him out to the curb. Maybe we could give him the benefit of the doubt for a game or two before we go back to making him (one of many) whipping boys around here. |

It's popular on Twitter to prove a point that was attacked.
As far as Sobotka, he was a whipping boy because he was atrocious last year. Leino bad. And now he's on the 2nd line with 9 million dollar 30 goal scorer while Evan Rodrigues rotates in with snail Okposo |

I'll admit I'm not a fan, but I'm also going to give the coaching staff at least a few games to try and get some of these guys going. If it doesn't work after a week or two and they don't make changes, then I'll be 100% on board with the hate. For now, I'm trying to temper it to a degree. |

It's not the first time I've seen it, I'm just questioning as to why it's even a thing? Why do people keep using it essentially.
Clearly I must just be old, but it looks completely ridiculous. |

Situational lineup based on opponent. Sobotka brings more against the Pens? |

I just don't get how we can have it both ways. When all the prospects didn't make the team we were told they aren't just judging off one game or two. It's going back years, bodies of work, etc.
But now Sobotka who has been one of the worst NHL forwards in the last two years is getting a chance on the second line, and it's all clean slate, new season, give him a chance? F that. He is awful, he doesn't belong in the NHL, let alone on a second line, and this is an indictment on the talent level assembled. |

I really think Sheary goes to line 2 and Sobotka sits, but that’s just my guess |

THE BUFFALO NEWS: Mike Harrington suggests Anaheim Ducks winger Daniel Sprong could be enticing to the Sabres. The 22-year-old tallied 14 goals in 47 games with the Ducks last season but was placed on waivers yesterday. He was a second-round pick (2015) of the Pittsburgh Penguins “and thus has a relationship with both Sabres General Manager Jason Botterill and assistant GM Randy Sexton from their days in Pittsburgh.”
SPECTOR’S NOTE: Sprong has solid scoring abilities but his defensive play leaves much to be desired. He wore out his welcome in Pittsburgh and now with the Ducks. Sprong can play either wing and the Sabres reportedly seek depth on the right wing. He could be an affordable waiver gamble. |

The fun part around here will be when Sobotka registers 2 goals and an assist on Thursday, and then goes the next 10 games with maybe 1 or 2 points. |

I have 0 expectations for him. I'd love for him to go out and prove me wrong. It's probably unlikely, but I'm willing to give him a few games to do so. Whether he can and maintain it is yet to be seen.
I guess I'm just to the point with this team where nothing really upsets me all that much. I'm pretty much just numb to it all. |

This makes me a tiny bit giddy. However, it could also be an unmitigated disaster of SHG if they're not careful. |

I just don’t like skinner on pp1. I think he’s better suited for pp2 duties. |
