E. Kane’s abuse of an official penalty generally carries an automatic 10 game suspension. NHL commissioner Gary Bettman will have to confirm and officially enforce the suspension. Unlikely to happen before tomorrow.

Was reading that its felt his game his slipped due to the injuries and they are concerned about the long term impact of the concussions....

In terms of asset management, that all the cum guzzlers and bipolars like to whine about, it might turn out to be a pretty slick move if he gets claimed and his career abruptly end 25 games in when he gets hit in the head again....

After Van gave up 4 PP goals in one game when Gaudette and Pearson were on for 3 of them. Yes, you do need PK guys.

So long term? he does get hurt again and goes on LTIR and Van has 3.36 in cap space for instead of sending him down and him never getting hurt and Van still having 2.31 on the cap.

If you did send Gaudette down and Sven gets hurt, you can call up Gaudette. If Gaudette gets hurt and Sven is claimed. Back to dumpster diving in Utica.
