Not fair to expect those guys to be in Roch anyways. Look at his first draft: 1NHLer, 2 AHLers, 2 international (hitting Roch next year). Hard to criticize that.

Haha. I’m in CM also. You can’t compare it to pro sports. Projects end and you move onto the next one. You should learn from your mistakes but I am rarely faced with decisions that have impact beyond the completion date. These GMs have to think about short term, mid term and long term, the long term thinking is something off my radar.
