Just for clarity ...b/c a lot of people have only skimmed the report.

I read 'they' basically tried to scare her in some stupid drunk prank.

She didn't like it and lectured them.

They walked away laughing and AM pulled the walk away with his pants around his ankles.

They then begged her not to report it.

She filed a complaint 2 days later citing sexual crime/assault.

Police investigated by speaking to her/watching the video/speaking to him and concluded that no sex crime took place ....they instead charged him with being a drunken dummy.

If I'm his Dad I'm telling him he needs to grow the (frank) up. I'm telling him we all make poor judgments and I probably crack two beers and tell him a few cool stories from my early 20's. Then I tell him the right thing to do was to apologize to her immediately when it happened b/c she was right and they made a stupid mistake.
