I assume this doesnt mean the coaching staff views Lindblom as the extra forward? Because if so that is very problematic

The modern flavor of the NHL is really only about 200 foot players and I think the days of knowing someone can protect are done unless that player is defensively sound.

his window is slipping, but for a guy his size being limited by injuries, he needs to work on his legs and edge work to be as mobile as possible. Put on a little more weight and we shall see. Next year is his make or break season for me, just due to the injuries and the time he missed.

Nah, he is a top 9 roster lock. It could mean he will sit out the preseason game tomorrow night so that all the bubble guys get another look. With that in mind, perhaps Ghost and Braun will sit as well since they have looked good.

Jon Sim was epic in preseason. Dear God.

So barring a horrible game by Hagg, Meyers is the odd man out seeing how he's with Morin? Or is there still a shot Hagg is 7/8? and Bill, please tell us Stewart isn't making the top 12.
