When I was 9 I lived on Salmon ave 1972, my parents sold it for 18 thou.

I have owned a place south of Tampa for over 30 years.

Tampa is not an expensive city.

Real estate is reasonable and was down right depressed in GFC.

Cost of living depends on your lifestyle but I think is a lot less than most nhl cities except for Columbus.
