One thing is for sure: if Laine gets back, Maurice is going to make his life a living hell.

'member Paul Maurice in Toronto? Did he strike you as a fun-loving, happy-go-lucky, all is forgiven kinda guy?

The kinda coach who likes 20 year old players criticizing the way he deploys his players?

Yeah, me neither.

In the GTA, $400k buys you a 200 square foot room, with no bathroom included.

My cabin is bigger..

Hence the influx of this moronic trend.

Tiny Homes! For those who know somebody with land to leech off of and live like an indentured serf! Bring back feudalism yay!

I know, you guys pay 400K for something the size of my hunting cabin.. Crazy housing prices.
- bixll

It is crazy. Friends of ours moved back home around 2011, I think it was. They sold their house in Mississauga for around $600k and bought a larger place near Dartmouth for around $300k, I think it was. I remember at the time she was looking at MLS trying to find a place in the $500k range - and there was nothing there; that was just too much money for a house.

Now that house that they sold back in 2011 would probably be about $1m. It's preposterous.

Gotta be ready once the season starts.

Two points in October are worth the same as two points in April.

We want to get off to a good start. Get some momentum going.

- Atomic Wedgie

Which the leafs found out last year.
Their great start got them into the playoffs last year.
They were pretty much a .500 team from jan on.

Some are very cool. Great use of space ideas as well, from watching the shows. But ya, very small. Where do I put 14 guitars??

I always laugh when we go somewhere in the States in Jan-May, and we are the only ones in the water not in a wetsuit.

hahaha..to be fair the ocean is cold as fvck for most of the year. Late in the summer its tolerable for short periods of time. The ponds and lakes warm up pretty nice though.

And as someone else alluded to, we also have indoor pools.

The Peg are in a bad way. Buff off contemplating life, Connor unsigned and Laine in Germany pissing off his teammates.

You can easily spend big money on a place in the East. But you actually get a huge house for your money.

Nope, I just built a brand new outhouse last year for the cabin. It is 4.5 miles out in the middle of the woods. Cabin was built in 1936 by my grandfather and his brothers. It is exactly the same today, as it was when built in 36.. best place on earth if you ask this guy.

That's sadly not an exaggeration.

Look at this: https://www.realtor.ca/re...waterfront-communities-c1

A million years ago I rented a unit just down the hall from that one. It was 400 square feet. You walked in, there was a bathroom on the right, a small kitchen with a pass through window just beyond, and then one room.

That's $730k.

Our running water is delicious right from the tap. Tastes much better than bottled.

Could just be my building
