Sven has looked good on the ice and has been in good spirits, which is great to see.

Baertschi and Motte have been Carson Focht's linemates in Group A. He praised them for helping him out and making him feel comfortable - and Focht has been one of the few kids that Travis has singled out as someone who has impressed him.

The fourth line from this group was good in the scrimmage yesterday - Keppen with Tyler Graovac at centre and Justin Bailey on the wing.

It’s just training camp, but Sutter has actually looked pretty decent so far.

He’s always had a good shot, and he’s used it here multiple times to clean beat goalies. He’s also skating well, which is positive considering the injuries he’s suffered recently. Making plays too.

No thinking involved, he has been.

He's also probably allowed to play against competition that's closer to his skill level vs regular season where it's go 200 feet against the other teams best players.

Pettersson stands by as Tanner Pearson scoops up all the practice pucks into the bucket as the players leave the ice, then Carson Focht moves the bucket onto the bench.

Chatfield and DiPietro are the very last guys off, as Chatfield was chatting with one of the coaches.

Not much autograph opportunity here as the guys are now getting ready for the scrimmage, but I think Myers just came out and handed some goodies up to the kids.

Thatcher Demko is the first guy from Group B on the ice for the scrimmage, as the Zambonis are still making their final rotations.

He's waiting for the nets to be placed before he can take his place in the crease - decides to go to the circle near centre ice to start his warmup.

On Lind i like his make-up & skill set & he will only improve. Gads seems like his skating will be his downfall. Utica looks to have a fun roster to look forward to. Schaller looks certain to be a Comet & LE is on the bubble imo at this early juncture.

Lind had a great day yesterday I thought. He was driving the net and taking tons of shots. I really hope he can take the next step this year and have a good one in utica. I still have hope for the kid.
