If everything were hearing about cap growth in the coming years is true, lock it in NOW for major value. Brock should be a Rocket Richard candidate every year for the next 8... Re-signing him after a bridge will be very difficult - especially if it lines up with Petey and Hughes getting theirs.

kinda sucks for fans to not get to see pettersson against opponents but from all ive seen hes been amazing over there towards the fans and dont need to risk him getting gooned from ahlers trying to make a name for themselves

The Sven narratives are pretty bad. He has concussion history but is a very skilled player and has been one of the better forwards when healthy. Top 4... yet people think he doesnt fit.

If this team wants to have 3 scoring lines... Sven fits.

I like him too. His shot is also under rated. He sniped high gloveside on bachman and demko on saturday and the crowd went nuts.

If sven ends up being a 3rd line winger on this team, I think that's a testament to depth and I'd be thrilled. Hes still a good player
