Get ready for mediocre seasons followed by getting spanked In the PO's.
Hopefully he's learned but after his record in N.Y. it appears it's business as usual - SMBDragon
Theyâve been killing it since he left. The Canucks really flourished as well. |

AV is mediocre but sadly thatâs an upgrade over what the Flyers has last year. It was dump and chase for all 4 lines - Nucker101
Ya that approach never works unless your system is geared towards assured recovery.
AV will be better than what they had yes.
For the record I wish AV worked out better. He was well liked by fans and players. Very likeable guy. Kind of guy you want to have beers with. But he can't win, because he can't adapt. So adios. |

WD was a massive step down. Worst coach I've ever seen. |

Rick Ley was pretty terrible.
John Tortarella
Tom Renney
Mike Keenan
All terrible coaches (for the Canucks)
Also, have to disagree, Desjardins wasnât a step down from Torts. Sideways maybe, but itâs pretty tough to step down from that debacle |

I forgot all about torts. Probably cuz he was here for such a short time. But no WD is clearly the worst...although I do think torts belongs in a special category . Clearly he knows hockey and how to adjust games but manages to (frank) everything up with his behavior and interactions with players.
WD is just plain stupid.
I think Keenan is a decent coach. He has won both the Stanley cup and the khl cup. Only coach In history to ever do it. Naslund credits him with turning him into a superstar |

That sh@t doesn't work. It slows hair loss but doesn't regrow. If it did I would still have a flow like Brock. |

Yeah my dad has a full head of hair at 65 and all my brothers are bald as f@ck and I am not far behind. The bald pate is starting to come out strong. |

I should be good into my mid 70 s before I thin out.
Baldness is no big deal these days. Just get a good ball cap |

Miller: âAs far as tempo, this (camp) is probably the hardest Iâve had in my career. I can tell that he (Travis Green) wants to beat into our heads that weâre going to be a fast-paced team and be hard to play against.â |

There is zero hair on either sides of my family dating back like 4 generations. I made it to around 30 and then she went quickly. |

Poor Miller realizing he stepped down in coaches and systems.
I did hear Smyl say the other day that the coaches are changing some of the systems for this year. |

Nice to hear, and it looks like we finally have some depth and bodies to play this way all through the lineup. Just stay healthy PLEASE! |

It does look good . I think when the injuries appear some of these call ups will be more of an upgrade than years past. |

Should probably follow the Hurricanes model. Eastern conference finals and they made 12 draft picks. It's okay for the first time in a couple years, they didn't steal anyone that I wanted to draft. |

Agreed, although, I do think a couple players will get claimed on the waiver wire, when the Canucks try send them to Utica. |
