Roussel LTIR after knee surgery + roster cuts. I haven’t looked at it myself but some posters in here have crunched the numbers and it’s more like 7-9M

And that is why I think no hurry to hand out the C right away

They have to cut 3 players to get down to 23 and they have LTIR to activate. I'm sure you know what that is... you are using 10m of it to get your players in.
