I still blame Leetch.
Inexplicably blew a tire in the neutral zone.
When does Bryan franking Leetch forget how to skate? |

I’m glad someone else remembers the hot carle nickname we had - 2Real
My master plan was to make $1 billion, buy an NHL expansion franchise and then take Carle as the first pick of the Cleveland Steamers in the expansion draft. |

The only contract I’m pissed about is AMac’s. 4 years, 18.5 million should have been the final offer and if he walked, oh well.
Now we’re stuck with 2 years of dead space and the memories of 5 years of him flopping ineffectively all over the ice. |

give him credit, he finished his Flyers career as it began and that is not easy. His last few games he must have fell 20 times |

rumor has it the Flyers are negotiating from the idea they should pay based on his TOI. His agent is negotiating based on his production. Who do you suppose is fair in that scenario? - bodiva88
Pointing out TOI in the negotiation is basically thinly veiled code for "We still view you as too much of a one-dimensional player who isn't trusted in certain situations, so your ask is too high in our opinion." |

But wouldn't HAK have had a lot to do with that?
Anyone know his average TOI when Gordon took over? |

I feel like I am getting swept up in the hype for the upcoming season, just like I did last year...
just so team negative knows, it is not easy being on team positive... |

Hak, Gordon...tomato, toMAHto
If I’m TK’s agent, I’m coming back with
“All my client does is generate offense when he’s on the ice, and he’s one of the best ES scorers on the team and one of the few players you got that plays with any grit. It’s not my guy’s fault that the only coaches he played for were too incompetent to use him properly.” |

Flyers brass could come back and say that his client is not good enough defensively, hence why he is not played more. |

And both sides should have presented this in late June so they middle ground could be found by late August. |

He meant Suter, undoubtedly. - Hckygoalie31
He probably did. However he has a history of spelling names wrong as well as confusing players with similar names. I know he has done this on purpose somtimes. He referred to Lindblom as Lindblum for over a year in spite of the fact that it was pointed out to him on a daily basis. Then he switched the spelling to Lindbum for a few days until Bill ripped him a new one. Then he finally stopped. All started when his precious Brayden Schenn was traded and LINDBLOM took his spot. |

Middle ground probably too vast.
Hope Fletch sets a hard date so it doesn't turn into a distraction like what's goes on in TO.

You are right - I don't know what came over me. - RustyPipes
Seriously. I think some of you forgot life before Provorov. Yes, we had Ghost but Ghost was not nor ever going to become a a legitimate number one defenseman. Provorov might not be at the standard of the cream of the crop in the league for number one defenseman right now, today, but he’s well on his way and is our number one defenseman.
Ivan Provorov’s numbers are as good or better than the future all of famers I named in their first three seasons. Pronger, Desjardins, Timonen, Chara, Weber, Sutter and Keith. |

Let him sit, set a date.
it's not like we don't have options...which COULD make him expendable. |

Are you guys female doging about me again? Honestly, it’s Friday afternoon. Get a life.
Oh and if you think Lindblom took Schenn’s place, you’re not paying attention.
Oh boy, I spelt Suter with two T’s, the Horror. |
