Oh well then I agree, I think Carle was very underrated here and definitely did not deserve the ire he got from the fans. We certainly missed him on the blue line when he wasn't here, and even after his flyers career had a decent season or two with the lightning. Imagine a d corps with Pronger-Carle, Coburn,-Timonen as your top 4, but with the 3rd pairing of Ghost and Myers instead of guys like oskars bartulis, lukas krajicek, a 54 year old Hal gill, et al.
