So at what point do you the Boeser and his agent are creating a rift with the team/mngt...or do you think it's already happening.

100K used to be the benchmark but with salaries and the cap constantly going up. I did the TB team last season at 100k per point and it was like an astounding 246 million
Obviously there will be ELC and other deals but stars are still getting the bulk.

Problem with Boeser compared to Marner and Aho is health and 2 seasons compared to 3 for them. They both have ppg seasons and he doesn't.

there's obviously a lot of other factors that both sides will argue but this is somewhere in the ballpark

oh man, peasants like us will never know. These are truly situations where I'd love to be a fly on the wall and hear the negotiating process between the two sides - it would be fascinating. I don't think there's a rift, Boeser is just listening to advice from his agent, but i'm sure he's dying to be at camp and its probably driving him nuts. He'll crack in the next couple of days now that Marner has. I also dont believe wieners like Rick D, saying "both sides are way off."

I think Canucks have more than one leader and I don't have a problem with no captain.

I am not sure how many seen that picture yesterday of Petey at the bag skate . He was miles ahead of everyone. He was leading by example , he always had . First on last off. He is one of the few who will call out the media for being stupid ( next question)

Bo very well could be the biggest leader but don't discard that EP is right there also.

Bo is a talent . I would love him as a third line center. Does he have top 6 talent ? Absolutely. Do you know how good your team would be if he was the third best center? Plan the parade.

I hope in the next two years they hit the talent level that Pearson Bo Jake is our third best line.

Bo numbers are easily trending towards being a solid 2LC in this league. He has moved beyond what most thought his 'capped out at 3LC' thing would be. Around 45-50 pts is where you want your 3LC to be...Bo will be at 70-80 pts soon he has moved way beyond the third line on pretty much any club IMO

Yup. Betas like Troy and Lefty will never understand what Bo can bring to a team. I spoke to Tanev years ago (Henrik was captain) and he said Bo was the real leader. Anyone that thinks Elias should lead isn’t smart

Depends on what's wrong with your back. It helps for short periods (3 - 6 ) months but in the long run the Neurosurgeon is probably going to fuse a couple of discs.

The more competition the better. More potential for drama.
