Tried it for a month, didn't really work. I've been avoiding dairy for over a year now and it made a huge difference though. Just sucks because I love cheese and ice cream but since I stopped I've gone from almost a size 36 pants to about 32. I used to be bloated all the time.

Did the food allergy tests and I reacted to dairy, peanuts and nuts. Didn't react enough for it to be an actual allergy so the doctor just told me to try and avoid them as much as possible.

Don't know, I haven't been tested for everything but I eat legumes every week and it seems OK.

Skin conditions are often tied to diet but unfortunately the western world would rather medicate illness than prevent it or treat causation.

There is no way a human should be able to live healthier in Indonesia than in the developed western world other than the way we intentionally poison ourselves. Our ancestors, and not even that long ago, say 100 years ago, wouldn't recognize a lot of what we call "food"
