i never even noticed it before but they definitely want to trade me some crudely fashioned stone arrowheads for a couple ears of corn.

I think Radulov would probably want to trade for just a couple of ears

Paul Byron's left one is probably worth a lot.

if markov and radulov came strolling out of a cave wearing animal pelts i don't think anyone would bat an eye.

I only take BCAA, some have a little caffeine in them

Tried L-Glutamine for a while because I read it was good for the leaky gut syndrome. Ended up feeling hot and sweaty all the time and having heart palpitations.

Black coffee is all you need...BCAAs if your workout is longer than 45/60 mins. Like most things marketed in the fitness community, preworkout for the majority of people is a placebo at best

Largely due to poor diet, it's a lot more common and can lead to a lot of other major problems including some cognitive issues. People just need to eat real food

This. And I understand people that have a hard time doing this, since basically everything is processed now in some shape or form.

Yeah, it's also not diagnosed by any doctors, so you never know if it's actually real or not. I've got a few auto-immune diseases and always had digestive problems so I figured it made sense for me.

it's 60 minutes and I'm not a big fan of water to be honest it's an excuse to put a little flavour in there.

There's science behind that working for a subset of people. Me personally when I've done that I'd kill my first exercise and then lose energy/motivation and call it a day. Great squat workout with no support work. One of the strongest guys in my gym smokes the legal minimum from the gym door then goes in and throws around crazy amounts of iron

I eat very well, there's just stuff I eat that my body reacts to and I'm trying to find out what exactly.

Yup. There's a book out called sugar, salt, fat (or those 3 in some other order) that shows the science behind the processed food and the marketing/government lobbying done by consortiums like big sugar...worth a read.

But yeah...lean protein, fruits and veg, whole grains, nuts and seeds, some dairy...it's all you need or should want

Tried it for a month, didn't really work. I've been avoiding dairy for over a year now and it made a huge difference though. Just sucks because I love cheese and ice cream but since I stopped I've gone from almost a size 36 pants to about 32. I used to be bloated all the time.

It's a long process, but I think the trick is to eliminate only one thing at a time from your diet, so you can truly identify what makes you react that way.

What's a "legal minimum"?
