IIHF considers blow a PED, NHL considers it a recreational drug.

So he's gonna have to jump through all the substance abuse program hoops, that's probably it unless he does this again:

He will be fine as a 3C and get some PP work. I can see 30-35 points if he stays healthy.

Yep I agree and I think 30-35 is a good range but there's also a possibility for more production there.
