Their big contract players have NTC's and just signed so that looks tough to do in time to OS.

Islanders have a boatload of prospects . They would have to be cap compliant by opening day but they could easily offer a team like Ottawa or a number of teams a deal to take Ladd who will be on LTIR

LTIR at any time if a medical report states will miss a min 10 games or 24 days.

seems once the Marner fiasco gets done it will be a league wide domino of moves and signings for all the RFA's and teams. Good thing BB's deal won't be a costly issue for Canucks. Though would be nice if they can get in the mix to take advantage of another team in a deal.
