Well i guess that’s what happens when u pick in the top10 every year

This is the only thing I disagree with. I think we can be a top 5 defense maybe #1. Pretty decent is kind of underestimating them.

Our defense got run all over last year
Yeah, we ranked high in yardage allowed
But that was be most weeks the opposition didn’t have to try in the 4thQ by our offense couldn’t move the ball consistently
Our ranking of 18th in points allowed was more accurate
And even that should be lowered bc (again) teams didn’t really have to play offense against us in the 4th

Our defense could be better, possibly even good
But we aren’t one of the best in the league...

I’m assuming that’s because mitts was on the Sabres full time last year. Age wise he’s still a prospect but he played an entire nhl season.
