There's a lot of truth in this. I'd imagine a lot of religious Christians would reject the actual Jesus if he came today.
"Your family practices which faith? Your skin is what colour? You're from the middle east? Well guess what...there's a travel ban on your area of the world to my area of the world so stay there, we're full" The first thing Jesus would do is criticize leaders to which he'd be chanted at with "send him back."
The comical hypocrisy of the
morally superior religious side is one of my favourite parts of the world. "My religion is right so you and your people must die." "No, my religion is right so you and your people must die." Turns out you're all wrong and being manipulated by fake zealots for their own political gain...but nice Sunday hat
