I bring it up because it's a variable that matters in hockey. Guy has a great shot, guy has great speed, guy has great vision, guy has size.. it's an aspect of the player that has an effect on the ice and for the team.

That's why hynes said they were looking to get bigger this offseason, cuz being smaller has more positives than being bigger. Idk what you can't understand about this, or you're just misunderstanding what I'm saying, or you have nothing better to do than argue and disrespect people for fun

how can you even think that I don't understand what you're saying. It's the most simplistic non-thought argument a person can have. At no point have you offered anything that could prove your point.

Since you don't understand logic or reason here we go. If you make an assertion you need to be able to prove it. You state that bigger is better but provide no way to actually prove it. I'm not saying that being smaller is better, I'm saying that height does not correlate to player ability or skill. I've said this over and over and you fail to understand over and over.

Also, that's the normal bs to the media response; "we want to get bigger this offseason". it's just a meaningless quote. Especially if you look at the club's actual moves in which they haven't gone after any "gritty" players at all.

Wait when did I ever allude to height correlating with skill or ability?? So then the answer to my question must be that you simply enjoy arguing and disrespecting people, because you're obviously too intelligent and literate to have misunderstood. I've listed size and strength as a positive, independent of a player's skill level. That's the extent of my argument. Idk why you require data to support that as this is kind of a common sense universal fact in most sports. Strength is generally a GOOD thing.
