I think once he goes back to Juniors, he can't be called back up unless on an emergency basis. I think the Sabres had that issue with Guhle a few years back.

No, he's not. Not a true scout. A real scout that's all they do, go to/watch games. McKenzie does tons of other poop that takes a lot of time away from that. He might watch a lot of games on TV, but remember when everyone female dogged about the "Video Scout 3000"? It's because it sucks.
