Who would you choose to play with?
Charles Barkley
Brooke Henderson
Chi Chi Rodriquez
Bill Murray
Alice Cooper - Nighthawk
Bill Murray. But Brooke could be my ”schwing” coach. 😍 |

He got used outside the top 6 in Tampa, it’s possible he doesn’t mesh with Bo or Petey. Do you want examples of other top 6 F / Top 4 D that didn’t work out in Vancouver? - 1970vintage
You are being disingenuous or are an idiot. Or both 😬. I can’t think of another option. There is overwhelming statistical evidence that he produces closer to a first liner than a 3rd liner. His most common linemate in Tampa was stamkos. Who (frank)ing cares if he occasionally played down the lineup. It’s tampa (frank)ing Bay
Edit. And yes I do want examples so I can continue to tear you apart. I have an hour to kill |

Well, I guess we could start with your boyfriend, multiple 30 goal scorer, and winner of the 6 year $36m contract Louis Eriksson, who was clearly a top 6 player in Boston before laying a giant Cleveland Steamer on Bennings chest. |

I think that is the problem with Twitter, anyone can spout off and you have to read it. I browse the odd time when I'm bored or starved for Canucks news but that is about it. anything substantial usually gets posted in here and I'm good.
Anyone watching this Wimbledon match? I'm in an Irish bar in EU and everyone but me is going for fed. - anavar

That's literally impossible, Sutter is like a giant black hole. I think ferland will be a useful addition with the Canucks and maybe even on the pp. I don't think the plan is to play him with Sutter etc on the bottom 6. That would be a waste for everyone - anavar
Ferland is a top 6 guy now ...he’s more skill than bang and crash
He isn’t a bottom 6 guy who hits and can chip in offensively ...not his game anymore |

I don't subscribe to people and just peruse, maybe that is my problem. All the comments just come from little poopty kids. |

Loui is a piece of work and there were others . I think you could have brought in Sid Crosby and it wouldn't have helped this flaming turd we called the Canucks.
The two best players were already checking out the benefits of the Canada Pension Plan . The team was old , slow and soft. This team is a lot younger a lot faster and a lot tougher.
No guarantees but I like the chances of success a lot more than the 2012-16 Canucks |

That’s your example? Loui? One player was in his 30’s and had a career year playing on a star studded line. Only benning couldn’t see how this may have been a red flag. Miller is 26 and on a solid contract. Miller has produced playing top line or 3rd line. It doesn’t matter |

We all realize that no one expected LE to drop off the scoring cliff like he did. I think we have a better chance of winning the damn lotto than that happening again.
Seriously, this Wimbledon final is great but I'm 6 beers deep. |

Totally agree. But there are so many deals, signings etc that haven’t worked out I am not ruling out that these won’t flop also. I said the other day I like what Benji has done so far this off season, minus the 1st round pick being traded. I think he could have gotten his guy without giving up the first if he held back for a little longer. But square deal Jim has done a good job through two months. |

I haven’t had a coffee yet. Also, I’m a bit rattled by all of the “Loui has trade value posts” from earlier.

I know we need to see how it plays out. I think Miller and Ferland are temporary top spots until guys like Hogs and PodK are ready.
I don't know where we land this year as far as playoffs but at least the hockey will be enjoyable. |

Yeah I don’t think there’s a positive way to spin Loui as a player or as an asset or his contract |

He is what you call a fuk-it contract . Not the only team that has one of them.

Been watching as much video as I can on PodK since the draft. He is tenacious! With the recent acquisitions JB has made we are going to be a tough team to play against. The “soft” days are over. |
