Meh.
I think superstars have it pretty easy in Buffalo.
Go 20 games without scoring and the fans still have your back and want you to sign the big contract to stay.
Is it so wrong to demand more of a guy earning $9m versus the undrafted guy who makes $650k

To he who much is given, much is expected.

Yeah, 40 in the other 60, what a putz.

I honestly don’t understand why we should be desperate for a 2C.

Put 53 and 23 with 37 and that’s a competent second line

Put Olofssson and Johansson with Eichel

Boom. Legit top 6

Vesey/Rodrigues/Okposo - Finisher/Speed/Grinder

Boom competent top 9

Sheary/Rustolainen/Girgensons/

Why am I not the coach/Gm/president? I don’t know

3ER ain’t never been wrong but I’m always drunk

I agree. If everything turns to poop, you give Skinner and Reinhart to Mitts. If that fails, you put Johansson between them.

Eichel got 64 points in 67 games playing with Girgensons and Pominville. Olofsson and Johansson or Sheary will not be worse

Acquire Toffoli, put shunk and johnsson with mitts.

The main appeal of acquiring a 2nd line center for me is it would really shore up our bottom six. Mitts and Erod centering line 3 and 4 gives us a legitimate offense.

I’d like one, but I’d want a solid 3C or stop gap first.

I think Mitts and Cozens will be good 2/3 soon

Don’t like it. Love it. How much junk can you fit in the press box though? It’s gonna look like Twin Village Recycling up in that piece.

I don't understand why any of this is happening.

One plays all 3 positions under $1m, plus PK

One plays RW and PP for $6m

If you want to say Pominville is more useful than Okposo, I get that, but saying Okposo is more valuable than a 3rd/4th liner making a 10th of his salary implicates Okposo more than it vindicates him

It's a weird hill to die on

- jcragcrumple

I'm not arguing value, that's clearly the guy making 1/10th of okposo

I'm talking who's better. Who's going to score more, moving forward.

I'm not overwhelmingly convinced its erod over ko

Pommer is clearly better then either of them

Those people are insane.

I like Erod because he's fast and it's funny to like someone who isn't that good, but still useful.

- jcragcrumple

But you constantly bash , girgs and Larsson, with a sprinkle of pommer here and there?

The rest of this HR Derby is going to be what i imagine it was like watching the 80 Olympics US vs Finland game. I mean what can possibly top Vlad vs. Joc? Joc reminds me of Allen. Just a dude.

If Okposo gets 30 points this year, I'll be pleasantly surprised. Obviously I want him to do well.

It's looking like Pominville might have to take his talents elsewhere at the moment, although I would rather have him than Okposo.

I still don't understand why you brought Erod into this

Also pretty sweet on nhl ‘93. LaFontaine, Mogilny, Khmylev, with Hawerchuk and svoboda on D. Decent squad.
