In the last 3 years, he's been in 3 fights. Kadri, Chiasson, and JVR. He won all 3 of them.

I think he means he doesn't fight regularly. Which he doesn't. That said, he's not scared to throw them either. And doesn't back down. There are many things we can all be critical of Risto about (get that mother (frank)er a stick that doesn't implode the minute it touches ice for christs sake). Being in shape and well conditioned is not one of them.

Keeping weight while playing is hard enough in a sport like hockey. Adding to it is nearly impossible.

This is true. In college football, most guys had to supplement protein shakes with every workout just to keep weight on. I lost about 18 lbs in one season one year.

Usually the battle is body comp. My weight will usually fluctuate 10 lbs but just focus on lowering or maintaining body fat % and adding skeletal muscle mass.

I’d give it less than a minute in a half.

Most street fights are over with once the first punch is thrown within 20-30 seconds. 20-30 second feels like an eternity.

Guys don't want to fight him.
