I'd be more tolerant of the criticisms if it wasn't a constant pile on. He's done more than a "few good things". The constant dumb luck argument for his successes is also nauseating.

He's still the GM and I suspect that he'll be the GM for the next few years, so learn to live with it or just don't comment. It's really sad and pathetic that a supposed fan, can't even support the team that he supposedly supports....

In fairness, as I recall, Jagr was hands down the best player in the draft and everyone knew it but GM's were unsure if they could get him out of Czechoslovakia at the time. remember, Nedved defected at a tournament in Calgary.

I was happy that we didnt draft Primeau but was pretty pissed that we didnt take a chance on Jagr....

You understand that for LTIR you have to be at the cap already, and it allows you to go over the cap by the amount of that players salary for the period of their injury right? If Rous is injured to start the season the Canucks don’t just get an extra $3m for the year...
