Holland first as he has shown he is doing the same thing as the previous GM and not learning from the mistakes he made in his last job. Then fire the guy who hired him and the previous GM who did the same thing and proved he didnt learn from his previous job. Tippett has a short leash, but everyone else can GYFOH. Now.
