I am never one to have one foot on the ledge but if Jbotts don't get at a minimum a capable #2 center this season will go down the pooper fast.

I am still hoping that we can get tht player somehow. I really wanted Kadri, but that was a pipe dream, the leafs we not going to trade in the division.

I hate to say it but I agree. Risto is probably out.
Risto and Sheary for Ryan Nugent-Hopkins. Buffalo retains 2 Mill of Sheary or swap for Wilson and do not retain. Edmonton could use the cap space. Edm could build off that defense for a few years.
